River Veda's Freshly Free Toner is a refreshing treat for the skin, helping to reduce impurities whilst invigorating and toning. The toner is especially rich in Ylang Ylang, a flower whose oil has a balancing effect on the sebum, making it effective on both dry and oily skin.
