River Veda's Freshly Free Toner is a refreshing treat for the skin, helping to reduce impurities whilst invigorating and toning. The toner is especially rich in Ylang Ylang, a flower whose oil has a balancing effect on the sebum, making it effective on both dry and oily skin. Ylang Ylang is also known to enhance sensuality and relieve depression and tension.

Another key ingredient in the toner is Aloe Vera. Sometimes described as 'The Miracle Plant', Aloe Vera has soothing, emollient and antibacterial properties which help heal skin disturbances and promote new skin growth.
